What is the background company and its performance record?
For the background of company he just tell me the group’s history traces back to the incorporation of White Café in 1999 when its co-founders, Mr Goh Ching Mun and Mr Tan Say Yap, formulated their own blend of 3-in-1 instant white coffee. In 2005, it decided to expand vertically into the food services industry by opening a chain of cafés encapsulating the traditional Ipoh coffee shop setting and ambience. Old Town expanded into the food service sector with the opening of a chain of café outlets based on the traditional Ipoh coffee shop setting and ambience under the brand name “Old Town White Coffee”. Old Town now exports its instant beverage mixes to more than 10 countries worldwide and plans to expand its café outlet network in the region.

We will train and mentor our franchisees to let them know deeply about our product and how we work till they can harder it by themselves.

If at some point I decide to exit the franchise relationship, how does the exit process work?
If someone wants to exit the franchise relationship, they just need to inform those who are manage the franchise early so that they can  proceed and calculate the balance of the royalty fees and others. They also cannot transfer their company to other by their own. After they exit the franchise, they are just able to get back their royalty fees and some others credit. About the renovation, furniture, assets all are not returnable.

In what ways do you work with a franchisee who is struggling?
I think won’t will struggling, if will happen also only happen when both franchisor and franchisee discuss the agreement.
