How much does your franchise gross per year? How much does it net? Are the procedures followed to make royalty payments to the franchisee burdensome?

Does the franchisor give you enough assistance in operating your business?

Yes. Firstly, they will train our staff till can harder the work when have any information is updates, they will come and teach us.

How many hours, on average, do you work a week?

My working hour is 10 hours per day, start form 8am until 6pm, 6 day a week.

How often do you get a vacation?

I also not sure.

Does your franchisor provide on-going training and support to you?

Yes. They having one month training class for our staff before start working and when have new menu come out, they were send people come and teach our staff about that.

If you had to do it all over again, would you purchase a franchise in this system? Why or why not?

Yes. Because its potential and I also learn a lot of thing about that.
